Here are some of our most asked questions.
Unique Tenders will make every effort to ensure that your organisation is portrayed in the best possible light, but in the end, it will come down to your organisational structure, experience in the relevant field, and examples of your past work. While Unique Tenders can assist you in creating persuasive proposals, the ultimate success of your tender or bid will depend on your organisation’s capabilities, track record, and how well you address the tender’s specific requirements. Unique Tenders will collaborate closely with you to highlight your organisation’s strengths and expertise, but the outcome will ultimately depend on your organisation’s qualifications and the competitive landscape of the tender process.
Tenders and bids vary based on what local authorities and clients request. Unique Tenders suggests between 5 and 7 days (Mon.–Fri.). Before submission, our expert team evaluates the quality of all of our work and gives it to you (the client) for review. We prefer to maintain total candour with you, which is why we are Unique.
A rush order is a tender or bid that requires immediate attention for a submission deadline that is very close. Those submissions that fall within the 7-day window are considered “rush orders” and incur an additional fee. If you have any further questions about this, please speak with a member of the team.
Unfortunately, Unique Tenders operates solely on a contract-by-contract basis. This means that no company may use Unique Tenders exclusively for its own purposes. However, you can receive a discount by submitting multiple bids or proposals in bulk through Unique Tenders. Contact our customer services for more option
