Accessibility Statement
We want this website to work for everyone. This statement explains what we do to keep it accessible, and how to reach us if something is not working for you.
Last updated: 25 July 2026Unique Tenders Limited is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, and to making reasonable adjustments so that everyone can work with us.
Our commitment
Unique Tenders is a trading name of Unique Tenders Limited (company number 14962399). We are committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology or who have visual, hearing, motor or cognitive needs.
We treat accessibility as part of good design rather than an afterthought, and we keep working to improve it.
How accessible this website is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA as the working standard for this website. Accessibility is something we keep working on, and some areas may not yet fully meet that standard. Where we find issues, we fix them as part of our ongoing work on the site.
What we have done
We have built this website with accessibility in mind. Pages use a clear, consistent structure with proper headings, so they can be navigated with a screen reader. Interactive elements such as menus, forms and the frequently asked questions can be operated with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline.
We use readable text sizes, generous spacing and colour combinations chosen for contrast. Form fields have clear labels and error messages, and any movement or animation is reduced automatically for anyone whose device is set to prefer reduced motion.
Known limitations
We know that some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. Older documents or files, and any content provided by third parties or embedded from other services, may not meet the same standard. If you come across something that is difficult to use, please tell us using the details below and we will do our best to put it right.
Using this website
You can change how this website looks and behaves to suit you. Most browsers let you increase the text size, zoom in on the page, and change colours or contrast. The site works with keyboard navigation, so you can move through links, buttons and form fields using the Tab key, and it is built to work with common screen readers.
If you turn on the reduced motion setting on your device, the background animations on the site are switched off.
Getting help and giving feedback
If you need information from this website in a different format, or you have found an accessibility problem, please contact us at team@uniquetenders.co.uk or on 0800 002 5775. Tell us the page and what the problem was, and we will get back to you. We aim to respond within one working day.
Your rights
We want everyone to be able to use our website and services. Under the Equality Act 2010 we have a duty to make reasonable adjustments for people with disabilities, and we take that seriously. If you need us to make an adjustment so that you can work with us, please let us know and we will do what we reasonably can.
Changes to this statement
We may update this statement as we improve the website and as standards change. The version published on this page is the current one, and we will update the date shown above when we make a change.
