Last updated: 25 July 2026These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and Unique Tenders Limited when you use this website or engage our services. By doing so, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Who we are
Unique Tenders is a trading name of Unique Tenders Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14962399, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX. You can reach us at team@uniquetenders.co.uk or on 0800 002 5775.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Unique Tenders Limited, and “you” and “your” mean the person or organisation using our website or engaging our services.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services we provide. By using our website or engaging us, you accept these terms.
Where we agree to carry out specific work for you, that work is also governed by a written contract. If a contract conflicts with these terms, the contract takes precedence for that work.
Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use it in any way that could damage, disable or disrupt it.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee that it will always be accessible or free of errors.
Our services
We provide tender and bid writing for adult social care providers, preparing and drafting responses to contract, framework and grant opportunities. Each piece of work is carried out under a written contract between us that sets out the scope, deliverables and timescales before the work begins.
Other offerings described on this website are provided separately and on their own terms. Descriptions on this website are for general information and do not form part of any contract until confirmed in writing.
Fees and payment
Our fees for a piece of work, and the payment terms that apply, are agreed with your organisation and set out in the contract for that work. Where we give a quotation, it is based on the information available at the time and is valid for the period stated in it.
We may pause work on an account while agreed payment remains overdue.
Your responsibilities
So that we can deliver our work well, we rely on you to provide accurate and complete information in good time, to review and approve what we prepare before it is submitted, and to ensure that anything you give us does not infringe the rights of a third party.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for meeting submission deadlines and for your own regulatory obligations.
Tender and bid writing
We prepare and write tender, bid and framework responses using the information you provide together with our knowledge of the adult social care sector, including Care Quality Commission standards and relevant legislation where they are relevant to a response.
Deciding which opportunities to pursue, confirming eligibility and submitting before the deadline remain your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not guarantee that any submission will be shortlisted, score any particular mark, or result in the award of a contract, framework place or funding. Those decisions are made by the commissioning or funding body and are outside our control.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Unique Tenders Limited and is protected by intellectual property law.
Documentation and materials we produce for you may be used for your own service in line with your agreement, but may not be resold, redistributed or passed to third parties without our written consent. The “Unique Tenders”, “UT Compliance”, “UT Onboarding” and “Care Pathway Pro” names remain our property.
Confidentiality
We treat the information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where we are required to disclose it by law. We ask that you treat our proposals, methods and materials with the same care.
Data protection
We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law. How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Enquiries submitted through this website are used only to respond to you, and we do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.
Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, contracts, goodwill or data arising from your use of our website or services.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Where our liability is not otherwise limited by a signed agreement, it is limited to the fees paid for the work that gave rise to the claim.
Third-party links
Our website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply that we endorse them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
