UT Compliance
CQC compliance documentation and consultancy for adult social careUT Compliance writes bespoke policies, procedures and registration documents for adult social care providers, and advises on CQC inspections, audits and staff training.
What UT Compliance does
UT Compliance is a division of Unique Tenders Limited working with adult social care providers across England. We produce bespoke compliance documentation and provide consultancy for care homes, domiciliary care agencies, supported living services and other regulated care businesses. Materials are written against Care Quality Commission standards and current care sector legislation, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
Compliance documentation
We write policies, procedures, risk assessments and care plans for your specific service and setting rather than issuing generic templates. Coverage includes health and safety, safeguarding, recruitment compliance, operational management and staff handbooks. Where a commissioner or contract has particular requirements, sections can be added or amended to match.
CQC and Ofsted registration support
We handle registration applications end to end for domiciliary care, supported living and supported accommodation services. Work begins with a consultation covering business plans and eligibility, then moves to preparing the Statement of Purpose, policies, procedures and supporting evidence. We support new care providers, registered managers applying for the first time, people taking over an existing service, and established providers adding regulated activities or locations. Guidance on Ofsted registration is available for children's services.
Consultancy and audit
We advise on inspection preparation, risk assessment and staff training compliance, and carry out audits and monitoring to identify gaps before an inspector does. Our team tracks regulatory change so that documentation and practice can be updated when requirements move.
Training materials
We supply mandatory training resources and CPD accredited courses so teams meet both regulatory and practical standards.
Who we work with
We support supported living providers, domiciliary care agencies and residential care homes nationwide. The company states it has supported more than 50 local authorities across the UK, produced over 230 policies for adult social care, and helped providers secure more than 120 contracts in 2023 to 2024.
