We help care providers win work and stay compliant.
Unique Tenders is a tender writing and compliance company built specifically for adult social care. For years we have worked alongside care homes, domiciliary agencies and supported living services across the UK, writing the documents and bids that regulators and commissioners actually want to see.
Who we are
Unique Tenders Limited (company number 14962399) is a compliance and bid writing company that works only with adult social care providers. Everything we produce is written against Care Quality Commission standards and current care sector legislation, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
We started Unique Tenders because the same problem kept appearing. Small and medium providers care deeply about their staff and the people they support, but they are stretched thin, and compliance and tendering are the first things to slip when there are not enough hours in the day. We take that weight off them.
What we do
Our work sits across three parts of the business. UT Compliance produces bespoke policies, procedures, risk assessments and care plans, and provides consultancy for providers preparing for inspection. UT Onboarding gets new starters trained and CQC ready without the usual admin. Care Pathway Pro brings care recording, medication administration, risk assessment and outcomes into a single system.
Together they cover the paperwork, the people and the daily record keeping that a well run service depends on, so a provider can deal with one team that already understands their world.
What we stand for
Our mission is straightforward. We want every provider we work with to walk into an inspection or a tender knowing their documentation is genuinely theirs, genuinely compliant and actually useful, rather than a template with their name dropped into it. We write for real services, we keep our work current with the regulations, and we treat a provider's rating and reputation as if they were our own.
